Every now and again we get email from Americans, like this one we received on 22 April this year from Lynnwood, Washington:
"Last Thursday April 18, I purchased a 12 fl. oz (355 ml) bottle of your "Honest Splash - Grape Goodness".... I couldn't even finish the bottle because it was so disgusting. I'm sorry, but I will not be purchasing any more of your products."
Ease up guys! It's not us. If you are US based and have a gripe like this about the US brand you can use this link and let them know.
Unfortunately we can't help you because we are not related.

No Wonder It's Confusing, They Always Forget To Tell You They're Actually, er... Coca Cola
Barry Nalebuff and Seth Goldman, the former CEO of the US company that has nothing to do with us, have just pre-released a bit of vanity publishing.
I'm know I'm biased because of the way Coca Cola behave towards businesses in Australia, but I can't help seeing irony in the title: Mission in a Bottle: The Honest Guide to Doing Business Differently.
Say what? The Honest guide? The HONEST guide? Coca Cola are the people who send private investigators round and are described as uncooperative by the Small Business Commissioner here in Australia. Find out more here if you like reading political discussions - skip to p26 for the fun bit
I'll put my name down for this book, I can't wait to see how they live with themselves. Meanwhile courtesy of the Telegraph, we Aussies are learning how the new owners have started to behave.
